By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from RebornLyfe Luxury MedSpa ("RebornLyfe," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

RebornLyfe provides wellness and physician-supervised medical services. Content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new health program.

Individual results vary. Testimonials and outcome data on this site represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of specific results.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. Certain programs require a minimum age of 21. By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• Cancellation Policy: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged the full service fee.
• Consultation Fee: The $250 physician consultation fee is non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.

• Subscription programs (memberships, clinical protocols) are billed monthly on your enrollment date.
• Cancellations require 30 days' written notice to concierge@rebornlyfe.com.
• Programs may be paused for up to 60 consecutive days without losing your pricing tier.
• We reserve the right to adjust program pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards where eligible.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of our medical team. Services already rendered are non-refundable. Unused prepaid sessions may be credited toward future appointments within 12 months of purchase.

Products ordered through the RebornLyfe MedShop are fulfilled upon physician review and prescription. Prescription items require a physician consultation before shipping. Orders are subject to physician approval. If a product is deemed clinically inappropriate, you will receive a full refund for that item.

Shipping timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, service names, and design, is the property of RebornLyfe and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RebornLyfe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Hall County or Barrow County, Georgia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
